The day the silverscreen came to Kapar...

Saturday, 7th August 2010

There was a buzzing sense of excitement when a camera crew came to Kg. Tap in Kapar to film a short documentary. Patrick of Seers Partnership a director decided to tell the story of Kapar in the short slot depicting the spirit of 1 Malaysia.

The film crew followed us on our Feeding rounds and at 12:00noon, drove into Kg. Tap to start their filming. Patrick has a soft spot for the children in Kg. Tap since he had met them way back in August of 2009. Patrick was also responsible in capturing the many images of Kg. Tap.

The children were asked to "act" in the short documentary. Most of the children there were involved. One or two seniors were interviewed.

At 2:00pm, the filming session ended. The children enjoyed the excitement. Look at the pictures and see for yourself the joy & glee on their faces!
