On Sat, 26/ 5/ 2012 at 11am – Project MADE conducted The BRB Feeding Program : this is an SNF assisted Feeding Program . The Program serves 20 Poor & Underprivileged Families of students who are currently studying at SJK (Tamil) Bkt. Rotan Baru.

We punctually arrived at 11am. After a quick arranging and counting of the Food Parcels, we started distribution at exactly 11:15am. By 11:45am – all Food Parcels were distributed to the eagerly waiting recipients.

SNF was represented by Mdm. Jothy & Mr. Chew who are the Team Leaders for this month’s Feeding Session.

Above: Man of the Hour - Mr. Johnson. A very helpful teacher from SJKT Bkt. Rotan Baru. Mr. Johnson has been very helpful in assisting Project MADE in her many Programs in the School.
Above: Logeswary - an 11 year old "special student". She is a disabled physically and mentally to a certain extent. She is, however, a bright child. She attends School irregularly as she is not able to walk. She badly needs a wheelchair. Apparently, her parents had applied for assistance  from the Welfare Dept. since last year but  has yet to receive any help at all. Project MADE will try to look for a child's wheelchair for her so that she can move independently and lead a better quality of life. Note her blackened and calloused knees - she has been shuffling around on her knees as both her legs are weak. What would the future hold for a disabled girl?

Thank you to our Sponsor SNF and a special thanks to Mdm. Jothy and Mr. Chew who had made an effort and taken time off on their Saturday morning to visit SJKT Bkt. Rotan Baru distribute the Food Parcels to the Poor & Underprivileged.

A special thanks must be mentioned to Mr. Johnson – of SJKT Bkt. Rotan Baru – who had sacrificed his Mid Year School holiday to assist Project MADE.
To ALL of the above – Project MADE is very, very appreciative - Thank you for making a difference!

Above: The Crab Catcher Family - this Family relied on the crab catch to buy foor everyday. When we first met this Family last year,, this child was tied by her Grandma with a string. Reason being she was too "active"!!
