Project MADE Kidz @ The SNF Carnival

On Sat, 15/10/2011 - Project MADE Kidz from RSK, Rawang (Rumah Siraman Kasih) & PCLA, Kapar (Padmasambhava Children Loving Association) were invited to attend A Day of Fun & Games at THE SNF Children's Carnival.

The Carnival was held at Carrefour Bukit Rimau, in Bukit Kemuning. The event started at 10 am and ended at 2pm. Apart from Project MADE Kidz, there were other children from 5 schools and 5 orphanages in Selangor.

Upon arrival, the children were fed with a sumptous breakfast of fried meehoon, sandwiches and drinks.

After they had their fill, they were taken for a ride in a fleet of vintage cars. the children had a grand time as they were escorted by traffic policemen on superbikes.

After the rides, they explored and climbed on the fire engines and tried out the firemen's gear. They horsed around the engines and were gleefully attended to by the Firemen on duty.

A vegetarian lunch was served to the children at 12:30 noon. What tickled the children most was "Fried Ice Cream" - the children enjoyed it so much that some went for seconds.....

Immediately after lunch they were entertained by Batteryheadz - a drum group. Some actually boogied to the drum beats. The Taipei School - performed a K-Pop dance for the children.

The children also dabbled in sand art - bringing their masterpieces back with them. Before leaving, they were each given a huge Goodie Bag, each.

All in all.. they had a super fun day at The SNF Carnival.

Thank you SNF for Making A Difference!
