Power Root Bhd. had graciously invited Project MADE Kidz to Tea. On Sat, 7/ 7/ 2012, at 2:30pm – Project MADE Kidz comprising of students from SJKC Ijok arrived at Ali Café 3 Rasa Restaurant in Subang Jaya.

27 boys & girls ( 3 were absent )  from the ages of 6 to 12 years old + 3 of their accompanying teachers arrived promptly at 2:30pm  by bus from Ijok

After a quick headcount – they were led into the Restaurant and received warmly by Wendee Ng from Power Root Bhd. Some of the children felt intimidated as they have NEVER been to a restaurant. However, after a short while they warmed up to the environment and they started chatting & laughing

John of Ali Café Tiga Rasa Restaurant efficiently took orders from the children. They wree given a choice of a rice dish – Nasi Lemak OR Soupy Noodle. Most of the children opted for the latter. As starters - they were served with soft-boiled eggs & Roti Kaya. They were given a tall glass of chocolatey Oligo which they drank with gusto. At the end of the meal – they were served with delicious creamy vanilla ice cream.

After the meal they were each given a Goody Bag consisting of Oligo Chocolate Powder, a towel, a pouch & a food container. These were packed nicely in a bright blue reusable bag. The children were delighted
