Iftar Food Basket Prog @ Puchong

The Iftar Food Basket Prog 2012 – was held at Puchong on Sun, 12/ 8/ 2012 at 3pm. The Iftar Food Basket Programme provides Cooked Food for Iftar – the Breaking of Fast.  Due to the very short period of time for distribution – 2/3 hours – only 10 Families can be served at any one time.

This is the first time this Programme was introduced . This Programme will definitely be carried out annually but in different areas and serving different families.  

For this Programme - Project MADE collaborated with Rotary Club of Metro KL – headed by President Jeya and Inner Wheel Club of PJ – headed by President May.  By 5:30pm – ALL the Food Baskets were distributed to the 10 Families.

Each Families were given Food Basket containing: Tomato Rice, Chicken Kurma, Beef Curry, Bingka Jagung, Currypuffs, Jelly, Dates.

There were smiles all around when we arrived to distribute the Food Parcels.

The Food Basket gave the Families a chance to  savor good sumptuous meal for Iftar.
